1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Reventa Hotel ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site") and our services.

You agree that by accessing the Site and/or our services, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these Terms and Conditions, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and/or our services and you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Reservations and Cancellations

2.1 Reservation Policy

Reservations at Reventa Hotel can be made through our website, by telephone, email, or through authorized third-party booking agents. All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.

A valid credit card is required to secure a reservation. By providing a credit card, you authorize Reventa Hotel to charge the card according to our payment policy.

2.2 Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the scheduled check-in date will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made between 24 and 72 hours before the scheduled check-in date will incur a charge equivalent to one night's stay.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled check-in date or no-shows will incur a charge equivalent to the full reservation amount.

Special events, group bookings, and certain promotional rates may have different cancellation policies, which will be communicated at the time of booking.

2.3 Modifications

Modifications to reservations are subject to availability and may result in rate changes. Please contact our reservation department as soon as possible if you need to modify your reservation.

3. Check-in and Check-out

3.1 Check-in Time

Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM. Early check-in may be available upon request but cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Guests must present a valid photo ID and credit card at check-in. The credit card holder must be one of the guests staying in the room.

3.2 Check-out Time

Standard check-out time is 12:00 PM. Late check-out may be available upon request but cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Failure to check out by the designated time without prior arrangement may result in an additional night's charge.

4. Payment and Charges

4.1 Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Cash payments are accepted at check-out but not for securing reservations.

4.2 Room Rates

Room rates are quoted per room per night and are subject to applicable taxes and fees. Rates may vary based on length of stay, room availability, and other factors.

Promotional rates and special offers are subject to specific terms and conditions as communicated at the time of booking.

4.3 Incidental Charges

A valid credit card is required at check-in for incidental charges. A hold may be placed on your credit card to cover potential incidental charges.

Incidental charges may include but are not limited to: room service, dining charges, mini-bar consumption, spa services, and damage to hotel property.

4.4 Deposit Policy

For certain reservations, a deposit may be required at the time of booking. The deposit amount and terms will be communicated at the time of booking.

5. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that is respectful to other guests, staff, and the property. Reventa Hotel reserves the right to refuse service or accommodation to any person who, in the opinion of management, is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or who is incapable of caring for themselves.

Excessive noise, disruptive behavior, or any activity that disturbs other guests is prohibited. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas of the hotel, including guest rooms. Designated smoking areas are available outside the building. Violation of this policy will result in a cleaning fee of €250.

Pets are not allowed unless specifically booked in a pet-friendly room. Service animals are exempt from this policy. Unauthorized pets will result in a cleaning fee of €200.

6. Casino Rules

Access to the casino is restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Valid identification is required for entry and may be checked at any time.

The casino operates under Finnish gambling regulations and laws. All guests must comply with these regulations and any house rules established by Reventa Hotel.

Reventa Hotel promotes responsible gaming. Please refer to our Responsible Gaming policy for more information.

The management reserves the right to refuse entry or ask any person to leave the casino without explanation.

Photography, video recording, and the use of mobile phones at gaming tables are prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Reventa Hotel is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings left in guest rooms, public areas, or any other area of the hotel. Guests are advised to use the in-room safe for valuables.

Reventa Hotel's liability for any claim, whether based in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount paid by the guest for the stay during which the claim arose.

Reventa Hotel is not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or facilities.

Reventa Hotel is not responsible for any failure to perform due to unforeseen circumstances or causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, strikes, lockouts, riots, epidemics, pandemics, fire, communication line failures, power failures, earthquakes, or other disasters.

8. Property Damage

Guests will be held responsible for any damage to hotel property caused by themselves, members of their party, or their visitors. The cost of repair or replacement will be charged to the guest's account.

Reventa Hotel reserves the right to charge the credit card on file for any damages discovered after check-out.

9. Privacy

Reventa Hotel collects and processes personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Reventa Hotel website, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of Reventa Hotel or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, display, or transmit any content from our website without our prior written permission.

11. Termination

Reventa Hotel reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to any or all of our services and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice, for general maintenance or any reason whatsoever.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Helsinki, Finland.

13. Changes to Terms

Reventa Hotel reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes to these Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically for changes.
